<p style="text-align: justify;">Felix founded and operated Wachob &amp; Charney, a residential Real Estate office, which employed over 60 Real Estate sales people with offices in Wilton, New Canaan and Westport, Connecticut. He also founded Executive Air, a full service FBO, with locations in Danbury and Danielson, Connecticut. During 1985-1995, Executive Air operated flight schools, aircraft charters, aircraft repair and maintenance and aircraft hangers. Felix operated Harbor Master Service Company, a full-service marina during 1982-1989. Prior to Summit, Felix founded Greenwich Equities, an NASD-registered broker dealer, and worked for Pitney Bowes and John Blair &amp; Co., representing 26 NBC local affiliates to New York agencies. Felix has also served as an elected member of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission from 1983 to 1985.  He holds a BES degree from the University of Bridgeport.</p>
